- ideally this should have been done. but parang wala since they don't have the right performance management system in place (assuming) but if the scorecards was shown or made know to you and you sign it, mahirap. worse, if you were given a few months to stay - i would assume this was a sign that you were indeed a chance, then id better think about it.
