- illegal dismissal pag walang basehan at walang prior na advice.



- yes, pwede kayong maging regular after 6 months maski wala pang kontrata. but if you haven't reached it then you can't consider yourself a regular employee.



- ideally this should have been done. but parang wala since they don't have the right performance management system in place (assuming) but if the scorecards was shown or made know to you and you sign it, mahirap. worse, if you were given a few months to stay - i would assume this was a sign that you were indeed a chance, then id better think about it.

maski na taas paka ug blendrate ug performance diha sa VC... nag average man gani ko ug 50 - 60% blendrate pero pangitaan ka ug lain sayop para ma tang2x lang ka... was part of wave 1... boang na si Aldous Tristan Vidal... ganahan na sya ug mga sipsip na tao pero sorry kaayo coz "I DONT KISS ASS"...

Guys from Cebu, take note of this call center company "vcustomer". Kung naa moy mga kaila please mo og warning na way ayo na nga company. Kusog kaayo mo take advantage og employee. Di pa jud ka balo mo value ila mga employee, they're just using us after that mura ra mi og basura. Try to ask those people nga kaila ninyo kung unsa ang performance anang companyaha. Kung mo apply mo ana nga company, you're just wasting your time. Di ka makafeel og value. Kung mo ana lang pud mo og practicality naa ra ninyo. But for me gi-abuse nila akong right as employee. Please pass this sa mga kaila ninyo para sad ma aware sila kung unsa ni ka bulok nga company.

BULOK gyud na kaayo sila...

she was the one handling this company when it first started, before people from manila took over the site.
everybody including CD was replaced.. mao bati na kaayo na na company.

the pay before was HIGH but na ilisan after nag change management ang VC cebu.
