D7000
Newer sensor - higher pixels, higher max iso, etc
Smaller, lighter
Better video
Cheaper
D300s
More heavy duty - full metal body but heavier. D7000 still have plastic.
Faster burst rate.
51 AF points.
Bigger buffer
Also, D300s have no auto modes. Difficult if you are a point and shoot person.
Voted for D300s and my only reason is I own one.
Just wait for a while as Nikon might release a new model.

^Nakabasa pod ko ani bro pero wala man daw built-in mo2r ang body.
Still a rumor but they have leaked pictures of the body.
Based on the pictures it has a motor.

depende sa imong needs and shooting preferences. the d300s is built to last, has older technology in it, and is generally best for landscape and outdoor shooting. the d7k is cheaper, has newer technology, and can be an all around cam though mas daghan limitations. if you're into heavy shooting or like pangnegosyo na jud, mas maayo kung d300s ka.
but like they said, mas maayo huwaton sa nimo ang d600.
gi update na sa nikon rumors ilang list of specs. d600 has BIM but may not have built-in GPS...
If your opting for a D600 chances are your going to upgrade to lenses to fully utilize the fullframe sensor.and its not cheap.
With the choices between a D300s and D7000.. im going for the D7000 for its image quality and noise performance which is a little bit better than a D300s (IMPOV).
