    Default Securities and Exchange Commission


    for those who have business buh.. am, ask lang ta ku if unsaon pag update sa capitalization sa usa ka.company? kelangan paba makabalo ang SEC if ever the company wants to increase their capitalization..? or ok ra kung internal lang?i mean within the company lang makabalo? pls.. share your ideas about it.. )

    you must inform the SEC about any changes sa inyo money matters kay ang share of stocks ma usab man sad. naa man mo yearly paper works e submit sa SEC didto na nnyo e butang if na-ay changes.

    ahh.. unsai procedures ani? and unsai mga requirements needed i submit sa SEC?

    if nag sogod pamo you better go personally sa SEC to ask the details and requirements. I know some people sa SEC that can help, pero puede ra ikaw ra mo ask didto to ask some clarifications. There some banks would help in making paper works regarding sa SEC pero with some condition that you will open your account sa ila bank in your capitalization for the corporation. good luck to your new venture.

    Yup.. Thank you sa advice.. Will go to SEC later.. Mas maau jud if adtuon nlng.. Hehe
