Akong SEAGATE Portable dili na sya mo detect sa akong pc...sa una...mo detect dayun pero time comes nga 380g na ang sulod nya out of 500g...mo detect ghapon sya pero lately dugay kaayo..karun lang di na jud mo detect sa akong pc pero nag try ko sa pikas nga pc mo detect sya..unsaon man ni naku..huhuhu

try on another pc or laptop. if ma detect dyapon then it might be a problem with your motherboard

if dle mo detect sa imong pc, try on the other sluts, dghan kaau sa imong mobo.

bag o pa bro..mg 3 months..

sa among testing..gi confirm sa taga micro accent nga ang usb wire maoy guba..ang problema..dili apil sa ilang waranty nga klaro man unta sa ilang waranty manual nga naay 90 days ang warranty for components other than the portable storage..it means ang usb is another component.. buwisit kayo oi..

another problem na pod kay...naa bay availble nga baligya sa usb wire ang seagate ysb 3.0 + 2.0.....lahi man gd ang porma sa cable wire niya..tsk tsk..

Try lain slots or ad2 sa Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Disk Drives -> Enable ang detected seagate portable nmo dd2.

basta seagate portable way ayo, ako seagate 4 months na wa pa jud kaayo gamita guba na, ma detect ang drive pero dili ma open, wala pud data mo gawas og pila ang space naa.
