3. must have the capability to be adjusted: high and low beam

bawal ang:
any other color than the prescribed is bawal.
no adjustment control is bawal.
if angled at the different height bawal.

No, I AM NOT IMPOSING ANYTHING. That is also an opinion. I did listed down possible ways for you to be safe without the help of the annoying loud muffler but it doesn't mean that I am imposing them or insisting at all.
