Any modification in general regardless if it's a car, bike, sound system, etc.. wala koy problema ana as long as what you're doing will not cause undue harm to the public. If the disadvantages of such modification clearly outweighs that of its advantages, in public perception and acceptance, then it would be better off to ban such modification.

Please learn to "read between the lines." Kung sa binisaya pa, SENTIDO KOMON. Don't end up as a dog barking on it's own reflection in the water.



This sentence makes a lot of sense if you try to understand it.

The intention was understood, bai. Read his post. It was confrontational and unyielding. The thing is, the aggression was not directed to you. You see nothing offensive in the post because you both share the same sentiments (and unruly approach i.e. "shoot to kill" and "pamusilon") towards mufflers and it's owners.
