simple rana bro... naa ka item na naguba, den with in warranty pa sa manufacturer. imng e ship sa ilaha den ilang ilisan ug lain na working item.. pero dli meaning ilang ilisan ug bag,o nga item.. ila ng ilisan ug repaired item nga good condition good as brandnew but there are companies nga mo ilis jud ug brand new..

so if your concern is ka ng sa buy n sell section nga namaligya ug RMA.. dapat paliton nmo sealed la pa ablihi gkan factory. bag.o kaayo na ang usa lng jud ka problema wala nana warranty kai gipa RMA naman.. however its brand new so mo last jud na cla ug dugai bsta handle with care lng...

dili lang kay sa hdd ra na ang RMA boss.. mo apply na cya sa halos tanan products..

common lang gyud na cya sa mga computer parts/devices kay kasagaran ana nila wala diri locallly ilang factory/service center.. need pa nimo or sa reseller na ipa ship para ma replace-san..

So within warranty period ra jud sa? So dle pwde beyond? Mao d'i nang naa mamalitay ug mga Defective HDD. Abi kug ila ranang au2hon. xD

Maka largo ko ug ship sa akong defective product and still in the warranty period (Sa main office jud? or sa Distributor? or sa Computer Shop diin naku palita?) Or should i go at RMA Accredited Partners?
