On your part, what do you do right now as their employee? - I'm their HR Manager

I have had my preliminary interview with Tim Watson last night and he wanted to have another follow-up interview this evening to discuss the details. What's the next step after this? How will I know if I'm hired? - Kindly ping him for the schedule. Were you the one without the webcam last night? We will be communicating with you thru email should you qualify. If you pass the interview, you will be asked to send your references and materials (if needed), then be scheduled for final interview next week.

Regarding the vacation leaves, we are not allowed to request for 5 straight days leave for a vacation? - So far, we have not yet established this policy yet. But we are allowed to choose whether we will follow US or Philippine Holidays.

Lastly, do they have few other slots for one more? I have a friend who is interested. - Let her/him apply to any position which he/she thinks he/she may qualify. We are open to more applicants so we can choose the best.

I am sorry for all the questions, I don't mean to take too much of your time. I hope it's ok. Will greatly appreciate ur response. Thank you!
    - It's no problem at all. Glad to be of help.

Let me know if you have other questions. Thanks!

TS according to the details of a professional researcher you've posted. I would like to apply as an online professional researcher I am a 2nd courser, I graduated both two courses which are BS Computer Science and BS Nursing. I love researching and conducting study also I really love doing computation. The problem is that I dont have any working experiences. My skills are more in programming with regards in researching via online I dont have any problem with that since I know how to manipulate search engine and dig those information which I want. Equipped with the fundamentals knowledge of research which I've learned in my college life I am sure I can adapt the nature of work of this online researcher that EMosaic company offer. TS, is it possible to apply with my current status now?
