Is this a good and reliable company to work for? Since we will be working directly for the company as home-based employees, are we pressured into very complex job descriptions and standards? and will we have vacation leaves, performace bonuses, free training, company merchandise freebies and the like? Will we be working 8 hrs everyday and paid per hour in dollars? if in the event we won't be able to stay long in the company, do we have the freedom to resign if the reason is valid? i would like to pursue this but i'm a bit scared because it will be my first time working as a home-based employee if hired. So pls share things you know about the company and the jobs as much as possible. will appreciate it.

Will they provide free training?
If they ask me what position i would like to pursue, what is probably the easiest and not so complex position?
On your part, what do you do right now as their employee?
I have had my preliminary interview with Tim Watson last night and he wanted to have another follow-up interview this evening to discuss the details. What's the next step after this? How will I know if I'm hired?
Regarding the vacation leaves, we are not allowed to request for 5 straight days leave for a vacation?
Lastly, do they have few other slots for one more? I have a friend who is interested.
