Just wondering if Jesus did have any brothers or sisters.

Nakabasa man gud ko sa bible nga naa cyay brothers but naa sad nag ingon nga dli jud daw to literal nga biological jud. So if naa igsoon si Jesus, then dli na virgin si Mary after pagpanganak niya Jesus?

55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?



Mark 6:3 (King James Version)

3Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.


Galatians 1:19 (KJV)

Finally, Matthew tells us that Joseph did not have sexual relations with Mary “until she gave birth to a son” (Matthew 1:25)

I considered this a mystery, like the Holy Trinity. Believe if you have faith, and I do. In Jesus' eyes, we are all his siblings. I still believed Mother Mary remained pure for the rest of her earthly life. That is why she is specially chosen among the rest of women to help carry out the salvation of mankind (she is co-mediatrix, co-redemptrix)..She is called Blessed...and I know God took care of everything to preserve her physical and spiritual purity. She deserves to be called the Queen of heavens and the earth.

No Biblical Proof. And True Faith Comes from the Knowledge of the word of God - The Bible. You cannot have a True Faith if you dont even know the person Who you gave your Faith into.

Again No biblical basis. But there's a Verse from the Bible that exactly opposite to that idea:
1 Timothy 2:5 - "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"

my brother you are being mislead this is not a mystery kay klarong og tataw nakabutang na sa biblia nga naa. dili na mao ang rason nga gipili sya tungod kay pure or virgin sya for the rest of her earthly life coz impossible kaayo na mahitabo sa iya. Si Mary ang Gipili nga magsabak ni Cristo sa kadaghang birhen atong panahuna tungod kay sa Grasya sa Ginoo nga gihatag sa iya og ni respnse lang sya sa mission humbly and submissively and beside normal nga tao si Mary nagkinabuhi gihapon sya nga makasala kinsa may tao nga dili makasala intawn diba? nakita lang sa Ginoo nga madinawaton siya sa mission. Traditional RC's tends to make everything sacred, which is why they value 'relics' (tears, blood, portions of skin) from saints etc. There's no doubt that they'll do the same on Mary's virginity even after the Jesus' birth. Scripture is there to tell you that Mary didn't remain a virgin, she was, after all married to Joseph and conceive a litter of children through her husband later on...

Matthew 1:24-25 - "And Joseph arose from his sleep, and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took as his wife, and kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus."
