Very well explained,thank you. Another question, I know in the sales world naa man jud na quota, what if the agent dili ka reach sa quota? ma re-profile cya or terminate after consecutive weeks/months not so productive, or lets say wala jud halin.

It actually depends. We also base it in your performance on the floor not just the sales or quota but as well as the ATTITUDE. YES we re-profile or evaluate for a month if you are not that productive, but it really depends. Just come and APPLY!

It's all about the performance.. Kasagaran raba sa mga taw karon kay mo demand ug dako nga sweldo or commisions unya di man diay to ka halin.. If you're into sales position, you totally undersand why the company needs you to have sales or hitting your quota coz that's where you get paid for, right?? Rather than complaining unya di man diay makahalin.. Simple lang gd, if daghan ka sales dako sad imong commision, if dako imong commision dako sad imong salary..
