Hi, yes you're right we really do have nice ambiance here actually it's amazing. And regarding the pay, the management decided to have it that way because they believe that it's a way for them to test the willingness and eagerness of an employee to work no matter what the rate is. It will only be for a month though and you will be getting the night diff as well, unlike other centers. FAIR ENOUGH?

Hi, well for the HMO the dependents are not free. Just the employee. Regarding the commission, YES you can earn that much if and only if you can make SALES. It really depends on your PERFORMANCE though. Why not give it a try.

It's all about the performance.. Kasagaran raba sa mga taw karon kay mo demand ug dako nga sweldo or commisions unya di man diay to ka halin.. If you're into sales position, you totally undersand why the company needs you to have sales or hitting your quota coz that's where you get paid for, right?? Rather than complaining unya di man diay makahalin.. Simple lang gd, if daghan ka sales dako sad imong commision, if dako imong commision dako sad imong salary..

Very well explained,thank you. Another question, I know in the sales world naa man jud na quota, what if the agent dili ka reach sa quota? ma re-profile cya or terminate after consecutive weeks/months not so productive, or lets say wala jud halin.
