Please help me on where to find the lowest priced diapers (Huggies, Pampers, etc.) in Cebu?

try in diaper factory, they have a store in lapulapu, mabolo and tabunok... although the diapers are not branded but you can really save. there are 30 pcs in one pack... i buy medium size for my baby and it cost me P150/pk. the diapers are also absorbent and much thicker than those branded diapers.. just buy a few first not the pack to check if it suits your baby

they have different brands, not the usual brand like pampers or huggies... For my son, i've tried uni love and angel love but i would vouch for angel love coz its cheaper. Although this brand usually is sold out. I call up the store in advance to make reservations... hope this helps
