haaay ka gubot ani na transaction oi... honestly I have book with mark for the past 10 transactions na. sa start palang you should know na risk.. why, wala ka kita sa tawo and then mo deposit lang ka ug 4500 outright. but anyway I continued. secondly kung ang hotel rates is tag 6k nya ang imong gui bayad 4.5k lang, dont expect ug complete service. in the hotel industry GC's are last priority so there are tendency na ma bank-off inyo schedule. kay dili mo priority. I hope ang mo book ni mark can understand this. also inig adto ninyo sa counter, inform them in advance na paid for na ang imong booking and no additional expenses ang imong bayaran. and besides always call a day before sa imong schedule to verify everything as in everything.... ang bayad kung na bayran na .. then get the manager's name. so far all of the 10 transactions I have with them.. ok ang tanan kay cautious ko kaayo ... yes you guys are right na mag sige ka ug tawag and check. a bargain price = bargain service. otherwise bayad ug sakto.

Some transactions where Ok cause wa pa man na sakpan that they are using other peoples credit card. Mao pag adto nimo sa resort na posted imo name but NO PAYMENT ang nahug kay na hibawan na sa credit card owner mao na put on hold. That's the reason why ni balhin cla lain provider gkan AGODA.
If your having GC"s d man ka ma last priority if you called in advance for a reservations and naa man gyud na control ang resort sa GC's ila g.pagawas.
If TRACY/MARK will claim nga g.daut cla or miscommunication they should have cleared their name... d kay dili na ka tubagon sa phone or bsan diri nalang or ipa asa ka nla.

hello istoryans! i wanna share my experience with tracy yap.. in fairness to her, i asked for a refund for my Crimson reservation, and iya rmn sad g.refund pag last wednesday, but 4k rsd. so lacking 500. but i didn't mind since i already know that 1 of the member here in istorya got the same amount.
Last June 2, i have a friend who booked a room with her at Shangri-la, and yes! it all went well..
Tracy told me nga bsta sa crimson daw kay i.tag cla as fraud even if dli. I don't know the real reason behind it. I just wanna give credits lng pud sa iyang mga succesful bookings. dili lang pud tanan palpak.![]()
I feel compelled to pitch in to this topic ky na biktima pd ko ani nila. I have transacted with mark on the last week of May for a Shangrila room para booking unta karon nga week. I paid in good faith in the amount of 5k ky mao man iyang gpresyo for an overnight nga room. I just checked with Shangrila and found out nga wa jud ma register akng name didto and no way to check in nako for the specific date ky fully booked na sila. Mao btaw nisayo ta og bayad para mka una ta sa booking but it seems nga "fictitous " man ilang voucher nga g.issue ky wa man jd madayon og book.
To Mark: my intention is not to discredit you but it seems nga imo naman ko glikayan ky d naman ka mutubag sa akng mga sms og calls. I want to get a refund on this. Perhaps fellow istoryans mka share pud kng g.unsa nila pagkuha og refund.
Buyers/ Potential customers on this type of scheme of booking especially marketed by these guys (Isyntechs Solutions)... BEWARE and Be Aware!
I just got a message from Mark stating that he will refund the money today. He did ask me to email my deposit slip for processing which I did comply. Guess what?! Way refund nga niabot nko rn!.. Still waiting for such milagro to happen....
