help: I need to get reviews and comments about camella talamban

Hello folks,

hehhe im not so sure where to post this thread so I created one if someone could direct me, (calling the mods) Id be very much happy. Anyway, we reserved a unit in Camella Talamban and I tried looking for feedback sa place, so far Im not successful..

If you talk to the brokers, they would only say nice things to the place and not the negative ones, so I need honest to goodness opinions from those who are currently living sa area. Things like sa water and I am also concerned because I learned that Talamban area is a flood prone area. Ingon akong coworker labi na sa Pit -os. The unit that we got is Lessandra ug mejo nasa lower area so Im really concerned what if pag sigeg uwan agto dagan tanan tubig unsaun nlang intawn ang lugar...

I would also like to have a feedback about water supply nayg hinay or lisod unya ang pagsakay sad especially nga commute sa gyud mi karon..please guys, if you have any feedbak do let me know.. tenchu!

Up ko ani b! Taga talamban ko pero ga plano ko kuha sad balay diha sa Camella Talamban para maglahi nami sa akong partner. Ang nabantayan lang nako diha nga area kay basta gabii na kaayong dako daghan man holdaper mag motor. Daghan ga ingon nga mga habal2x drivers daw na sa Pit-os pero dili ni cya confirmed. I hope the site itself is nindot.

My Honest to Goodness answer: Nindot ang Camella Talamban if you think about the future developments kay padakuon man ang road dha and of course mingaw pa dha dapit na lugar kay wala paman kaayo moagi dha mga sakyanan except mga habal2x pa pero time will come abot na dha ang mga jeepneys moagi. Pareha ra gd na sa Mandaue Reclamation nga mingaw pa kaayo sa una nga naa pa gani to istorya nga labayanan ug mga gipangsalvage dha kay wala kaayo tao pero tan-awa ron progressive na kay naa na mga malls and school. So if your buying a property, dont think nga kana ra nga panahon, always think sa future unsa mga panghitabo ang possible mahitabo. Ang ingon pd nga baha2x, naa man jd na baha if ang developer walay klaro pagkabuhat sa drainage and sakto pd if naa ka sa lower part ikaw jd ang alkanse kay ang water is going down man jd sa ubos na part sa subdivision. Ang ako main concern lang jd sa Talamban Camella noh kay ang quality sa yuta..delikadu kaayo kay dili man sya batuhon gd nga yuta like sa kanang gipangdevelop sa uban nga mountain side na..Ampo lang jd nga if magkusog ang ulan walay landslide mahitabo..Mao ra jd na akong concern dha..

I had been a Marketing Director of Camella for 2 yrs. I always told my agents. If pwde, ayaw mo pamaligya sa Miramonte. During my time, Lessandra was under development pa. Lessandra is an extension of Miramonte and you'll be using the same entrance gate. Miramonte for me is a ghost town. Murag patay nga lugar nga gibiyaan sa mga taw. The terrain of Miramonte & Lessandra is almost the same. They are both located in the low side amidst the mountains. The area where Lessandra is located is a waterway. Gitambakan na nila. I just don't have a good feeling about the area. Pero ganahan ko sa Riverdale because its on the mountain side. But the thing is..tinuod nga humok ang yuta diha..Many rip raps in Riverdale have collapsed.

as far as i know, dili nindut ang yuta diha sa lessandra...super delayed delivery..also ang water daw karun is from 4am to 8am only...quality sa balay substandard...daghang buyers nga ning withdraw ug wala na gipadayun ang payment... this is the reason why i dont sell camella homes.

gamay na lang diay na nagpuyo sa miramonte? bantog ra mingaw. pero sa lessandra phase 1 kay daghan naman nag puyo. tinuod diay humok ang yuta? naa pud guro gbuhat ang camella nga ma stable ang foundation sa balay sa yuta. mga civil engineers baya na ang nag supervise sa pag develop dha. nikuha baya mi sa ako pares sa lessandra phase 2. may ta way blema nga dako.
