Got it from Globe so obviously it is Globe locked. It has a locked in period for 24 months. Had to cash out for it too.

The postpaid plan that I am having is 1,799/mo and I also have an unlimited surfing for php999/mo and had it deducted in my 1,799. I also had freebies and I chose 15mins of calls to other networks and 75 sms to other networks. But having deducted the 999 to my 1799, I still have 800 worth consummable call and text.
