At the close of the 15th Congress, Senator Lapid filed 239 measures earning him the distinction as the fifth most prolific members of the Upper Chamber. He authored the Meat Labeling Act of 2011, Comprehensive Unilateral Hearing Loss Research and Development and Rehabilitation Act, Urban Agriculture and Vertical Farming Act, Corporate Social Responsibility Act, Kindergarten Education Act, and the Adopt-A-Wildlife Species Act, among others.

Senator Bong Revilla bared his accomplishments as of last year with 76 bills passed into law and 25 more passed on third reading.

Adding to the senator's legislative achievements are bills he authored, co-authored or sponsored that were passed into law during the last quarter of 2009. These are the Legitimation of Children Born to Minor Parents Act, Anti-Child Pornography Act, Redistricting of Cavite Province, three franchise bills and 12 other bills of local application.

During its last session days before the Christmas break, the Senate also approved on third reading Revilla's Mandatory Helmet Bill that seeks to oblige all motorcycle riders, including backriders, to wear standard quality helmets.

Other bills of Revilla which have been signed into law during the 14th Congress include the new UP Charter, Magna Carta for Small and Medium Enterprises, Expansion of the Organizational Structure of the Court of Tax Appeals, Minimum Wage Tax Exemption Act, Renewable Energy, New Fire Code, Charter of the Mindanao University of Science and Technology, Strengthening and Expanding the Coverage of the Special Program for Employment of Students, amendments to the Philippine Deposits Insurance Corporation Charter, Amusement Tax Exemption Act, Recognition of the Iglesia Ni Cristo Anniversary, Salary Standardization Law III, Rent Control Act of 2009, Pag-ibig Fund Law, Magna Carta of Women, four franchise bills, eight bills of local application, and 12 Engineering Districts Bills.
