basaha ang balod bai. it doesn't say "foreign investors", it says depositors. considered na ang foreign deposits as "absolutely confidential nature"--by ANY depositor. Ang sayop lage aning balaoda, gi exempt na unta ang public servant sa clause.

tan aw balik sa mga questions ni Enrile bro, basig naa sa TV Patrol, di nalang ko mu interpret sa law, kay dili ko abogado and wala ko nag skwela ug law, if mao na imu interpretation so be it.. pasensya na di nako ma post tanan arguement ni JPE and Cuevas ganina.. ang ako gi post kay mao ng tubag and istorya ni JPE, and ang pag sabot nako sa iya interpretation..

Mga bai, isang tulog nalang judgement day na sa impeachment case ni CJ. Tag-an2 ta ninyo unsay verdict ani, guilty or not guilty. Wala lay personal attacks ha. If pwede pod i-state inyo reason why guilty or not guilty inyo tag-an.

Ang akoa tag-an kay Guilty. Not necessarily because of the merits of the case or the evidences presented but because of political favors/dealings. The next elections is less than 12 months from now and the senator judges would need campaign funds and I'm sure the admin can give them huge amounts in return for the Guilty verdict.

yeah, I know what you mean. I meant to say that fundamentally, that law is to encourage foreign investors--ang akong point is the law itself is flawed because it is ambiguous and too general. Whereas they should specify that the law does not include certain persons, they just chose the word "depositors". I don't know if the framers deliberately did it this way for convenience or so it can benefit them or because it was simply poorly legislated.

He could have sounded like an academician.
Cuevas did a good one rhetorically but i don't know if it was good legally.

In the end on JPE clarificatory, cuevas appears to have been absent in school when that subject was taken up and Farinas in the end like academics.
