is anyone here requested a copy of a floor plan sa deca unit? i raise this issue kay i did requested a copy but ang gihatag na floor plan or say, lot plan is not exactly the same physically sa akoang unit since corner lot to akoa… kinsa dinhi naka request ug susamang concern? salamat

brod tambay lang una kay duda ko aning gihatag nga floor plan, wa man gud ganina sa ofis ang in-charge pagkuha nako. will update lang here later.

about the floor plan, if natake out mo na, deca 5 will only give you the floor plan for the electricity circuit but it's the same exact dimension kaya i used it for my design sa google plus,


Nways, im happy that i started this thread coz, yun nga like me, i need a thread to help me design or renovate my house and help me to find contractors | where to buy the cheapest but quality materials, so im glad that this thread will make it happen.

But as of now, im busy with the Summer Sunscream Event coz we have a bioth there and im sellibg ticket but dont worry guys, i took some pics already everytime i visit the house, yes, i already started and i accepted Brian's Qoutation, though, im not in the place to say na mahal cyah or mura but i ang linis kasi yang gumawa and he will follow the design that you like and make it happend sa budget na ibibigay mo sa kanya.

as picture shows im at corner lot, i want to extend little bit my kitchen in the corner side with room at the second floor bale sa ubos niya is kitchen ug cabinet set


unya sa front plano nako butangan sad ug room with toilet&bath room then sa ubos kay garage





this is the floor plan worth 100petot unfortunately different sa akoang unit kay ang stair way dira sa plan kay sa opposite side man sa akoang unit as well as the main door infront and the T&B ug kitchen at the back pero the rest i supposed are the same including the dimensions that's what the deca office assured me of, pareha lang daw tanan dimensions though physically different.

okay ra na bossing. I can work with that. hmmm.. how far do you want to extend your front and back? is there any limitation for the extension especially kanang sa kilid kay corner na man na.

I'll start making the model for the main house after office hours or if naa ko vacant time unya hehehe

as itshows in the ground floor plan, at the back kay end na niya ang T&B then sa side has about 1.86m all the way to the boundary in the corner side

in front brod kay 3.60m na siya.... nindot unta ang t&b infront, before sa master's bedroom arun ma sala ang ka init kay facing west man gud siya then garage na ang sa ilalom... bale 2guest rooms sa taas then ang master bedroom with t&b ibabaw sa garage ug ang kadtong maid's room

second floor back portion kay plano ta nako labhanan/halayan unya adto sad ang access or door to the room nga ipa extend nako sa side corner.

@joop -- hi sir, nakasuway nami ana sir sayop ila ghatag nga floor plan sa actual layout/design sa amo deca unit, as in we paid 100php for the wrong floor plan?! ang ako gbuhat sir ky ako jd g.lingkoran sulod sa ila planning ofis ang engineer nga assign ddto sa amo unit, ug ddto jd cla nglayout ug balik sa among unit...(pina.isog2x mode...hehehe) copy paste rmana na ila buhaton gd sir mao na sayop2x jd ila floor plan ihatag...
