Was the above statement supposed to be an instruction for corona to do and not him to read it?
Surely when you make a speech you don't address yourself in the third person. That would look like an arrogant statement. Or did he do it to assert himself that no one is above him?

maybe he intended to read that part of his speech outside the senate. maybe he was hoping for Enrile to cut short his very loooong speech and then do the walk out, do the press con to continue his speech and cry unfair treatment from the IC.

What's the harm of signing the waiver man sad? Sign the waiver get the truth out from Corona. He can't go back on his word, or he would be lying under oath. It's not even about how Corona could compel those guys to sign it, heck, he doesn't have any power whatsoever. He, however, gave a condition on the stand where we all saw he made the statement. Now it's up to the congressman to take it or leave it. But katong mga 189 ka potential-signatories sa waiver--if they have nothing to hide, then why not sign it? Or are we just going to excuse those guys who MAY have something to hide just because we're after Corona and not just any crook in the government. Think about it. If those guys sign it, Corona will either. (a) forfeit his right to confidentiality, as he promised, and the truth is set free or (b) go back on his word and make him a bigger villain than he already is. It's a win-win situation for the prosecution.

Gimme a break, you guys are not after the truth and well-being of the country, you are in a prejudiced vendetta.

What are the odds of getting 189 signatures? Hell, what are the odds of getting even 20? Tuesday's fiasco was nothing but a theatrical stunt and even after enduring such a lengthy speech what facts were actually ascertained before he made his escape? Sure I want an end to corruption, but you win the war one battle at a time. These diversionary tactics do nothing other than muddle the situation and make wrongdoing appear normal.

if ang mga prosecs ganahan jud ma solve ni nga case, if ganahan jud sila nga ma prove sakto sila ila siguro buhatun tanan to prove corona's wrong doings, which includes the signing of waiver. dli na ni issue on who's on trial, it's about making the right decisions to stop the wrong doings...
