    And those are grounds for impeachment? hehehe JPE had a piece of it already. culpable violation of the Constitution covers treason, bribery, graft and corrupt and other high crimes only. If ordinary government employees can get away from incomplete SALN and in fact given a chance to correct it.. why shouldn't we extend that privileges to the Judiciary? Impeachment proceeding is akin to criminal case. The CJ must be judge beyond reasonable doubt mr. neophyte lawyer hehehe.

    The law did not make any exception or any differentiation when it said money, cash on hand, stock or investment. It said:
    (a) real property, its improvements, acquisition costs, assessed value and current fair market value;

    (b) personal property and acquisition cost;

    (c) all other assets such as investments, cash on hand or in banks, stocks, bonds, and the like; (wala gi differentiate kung dollar, peso or euro)

    But under CSC directives, a public official will always be given a chance to correct whatever lacking information in his SALN or amend the same. plus is there such thing as 100% accurate SALN?

    RA 3019
    section 7 its still CSC directives
    section 8 also states "Bank deposits shall be taken into consideration in the enforcement of this section, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary." so bank secrecy law still applies. But corona is willing to open his bank accounts btw.

    Thats why the prosecution team are still fishing for evidences

    The guy's support has diminished considerably with many now sitting on the fence or making a complete U-turn after the wheelchair escape. The few remaining hardcore supporters also seem to have shifted from a "he's completely innocent" standpoint to more of "he's too cunning to convict" position.

    Mura ang pangotana sa mga senator-judges karon kay: Tinuyo ba ni Corona ang wala pag butang sa Dollar og Peso account to hide it from scrutiny?

    more than 5 years of non-inclusion of dollar accounts can't be consider a mistake. so ang battle-ground na lang jud ron kay Cover ba ang cge yaw2x na Foreign Currency Law in declaring in SALN. Ahak na lang kuwang kung cover, calling all POLITICIANS and all GOVERNMENT employees, covert all your assets to DOLLAR, para dili mo mahasol.

    Evading cross-examination while not in itself evidence of guilt strongly suggests guilty behavior. He has lost that moral high-ground he was desperately clinging to when he appeared to run away rather than perjure himself under questioning.

    Tinuyo lagi niya and he reason its FC Law, he will be given a chance to correct his SALN, he wont be impeach for that matter.. well technically its the senator judge call.

    Nag sign siya ug waiver plus waiver publicity stunt to uncover his and others foreign account deposits.

    Ang prosecution team is fishing for .. asa gikan ang suod sa iyang dollar accounts.

    let's go for 2nd impeachment... charge ILL-GOTTEN WEALTH, para ma determine ang sulod sa iyang dollar accounts.
