Desperado na jud ko. Naay globe tech dri na makatabang or maka ayo sa akong slow internet speed? Akong plan kay 2mbps. Pero mao rani ang g hatag sa globe nko...
Operational Status ADSL2+, SHOWTIME.L0(Interleave)
Upstream Speed 381 kbps
Downstream Speed 512 kbps

6 days straight ko sige tawag ug report ani. 6 days pod sila sige tawag nko na OKAY na. wa jud na okay ni. mura sila ug buang sige balik2 twag only to get the same results. 1 time ni ari sila sa haus only to do screenshots and told me maghulat lng ta sa ilang reply. way reply ug way ayo jud. im frustrated kay the last time i had this problem in 24 hours naayo naman.. so whats wrong!??

i just want to get the speed i used to have. getting 384 kbps is not what i signed up for!

ANY GLOBE TECHS here? please help me out!

same problem with my connection. i also applied for 2mbps pro super nagkamang ang speed. then akong landline ky magwala2 pd. cge lng pd ko call and them as well. g.anhian sd ko ug tech sa haus bt the problem still persists. ambot aning globe oi.

huh? KBPS man gud lol basaha ug tarong. and besides the speedtest shows that its not 1mbps or 2mbps.

UPDATE: Ni anhi ang tech sa house. ang maayo nga tech g ingnan ra ko nga "adto lng balik sa opisina sir. mao man instruction sa amoa." WTF!? gkan nko sa opisina nila then mo balik napod ko. ang sulti sa opisina kay ang tech na ang mo handle kay nka schedule na daw. so nag pasahay lng ni sila? TABANG!!! haha nkatawa ko na naglagot sa ilang style. naunsa naman ni oi. way taga globe dri? help pls

dli ni sya sakto jd... kay ig speedtest nko dli man mao. 0.38mbps raman. saona kay 1mbps man jd. so dli na sakto. hasta ilang mga tech ni confirm na dli sakto.
