then this defeats the true intent of the law
which was supposedly for driver safety
the problem here is our DTI is too useless
in implementing standards
and enforcing quality control

in the first place these substandard helmets
should not be sold
no additional law needed to ban them

in fairness ani nga law it's for our own safety pud biya...however it's not realistic kai unsa.on nalang 2 ang mga di ka afford ug full face nga helmet? di biya tanan mka afford...usa pa sad nganung mga consumers/riders man ilang buthan oie, dapat ang katong mga namaligya ug helmet unta ila e regulate nga approved ang mga e baligya kai wa man cgro mamalit ug substandard nga helmet if wa namaligya...

just bought icc sticker from a reliable/known motorshop yesterday, mas makatipid kaysa sa mupalit ug lain helmet.. hehehe!! damage nako sa 2 ka icc sticker is 500petot, hehehe!!!
