san ka sa laguna? I worked there sa calamba. site engineer ako and mga subdivisions ang project namin kaya medyo di ako tiwala sa mga low cost housings. although hindi ko alam ang quality ng mga low cost housing dito sa visayas compared sa luzon. pero mukhang okay naman sila.

ako naman galing maynila and I'm starting to like cebu very much kaya medyo napag isip ako na kumuha ng bahay in the near future. :P

@blakrabit, kumuha kasi 4 years nako nagrerent dito sa cebu, im from laguna, sa work lang, so yung kawork ko eh, "brainwash" na i should get a house na since i intend ko stay.

5,000php reservation lang kasi then 15,000php equity then kung gawa na pede mo nang lipatan agad, from there start n ng monthly bale ako 8,450 a month since may garage ako (la akong kotse, baka magnegosyo ako, deca is good for negosyo, it will be populated soon.... ).

prefab yung wall nya so expect minor cracks, and grabe dude yung prefab na wall ang hirap tibagin, matibay cyahso im not worried but kung may money naman eh y not look for more quality townhouses, kasi kami ang dami naming kumuha na ka work ko so ok lang...

kuha ka na rin if you plan to stay here, sayang ang rent though yung sakin sa mactan near grandmalll

good luck bro, reasonable na kaayo ang price but monitor lang if nasunod imo gusto na ipa work sa contractor.

oo naman, dapat medyo ready k na rin kasi masakit talaga sa loob at sa bulsa kumuha ng bahay but i know it will be worth it pagdating ng panahon.

the contractor charge me 80k and here'e the qoutation, goodluck n algn sakin kung makita nya to, hehehe just want some advise, kasi im just a young boy, renovating my deca 5 house. ito na malapit sa grandwall, eto yung binigay nya kagabi, ok lang ba? or i can go lower?

yung 1st floor ko, concrete polish gray cement lang, i dont want tiles p kasi gusto k talaga kahoy but mahal yung kahoy so para presentable and cheap red cement lng muna or gray cement.

Proposed labor cost: 38,000php
Proposed material cost: 42,000php (prize effective only for 1 week upon receiving of quotation).
Total cost: 80,000
Estimated Work timeline : 21 good working days

Scope of Work as follows:
1. Construction of kitchen area and slabs for roofing/second floor provision (per deca model house/show room).
2. Construction of lavatory and installation kitchen cabinets. (lavatory zinc and tiles will be owner supply)
3. Construction of cabinet/rack below staircase.
4. Construction of kitchen cabinet (per deca model house/show room).
5. Construction/division of rooms at second floor (1 room Japanese theme)
6. Installation of vinyl tile second floor. (vinyl tile will be owner supply)
7. Painting of walling and ceiling at ground floor and second floor (interior only)
8. Polishing/coloring of ground floor and kitchen flooring with (gray color)
9. Fabrication of portable island bar (ceramic material will be owner supply)
10. Installation of 3 set steel window per agreed design.
11. Cleaning of working place

are you started already with this scope of work as proposed by your contractor? plan to ask cost quotation from them for my unit.

mine was just recently taken out, also in mactan deca5. may i know what block your unit's located? i like the design in&out of their model house and might copycat it as well to my unit.
