If the company is a scam, they shouldn't have expanded in the first place. In fact, right now, the floor is almost full already. It's true that the pay is not that big compared to other centers because the company itself is really not that big also unlike the big guys in IT Park.

well, if u feel that way and if they feel that way, wala mn cla gipugos sa company. they can leave anytime. it's true that the pay is not that big that's why w/o experience mostly ang mabilin coz dili man mo dawat ang with experience sa offer sa company because it's too small for them. they can always go to other centers na dagko ug sweldo pero pressure sad. kanang trainees na wala na mamalik, they are the people na wala kauyon sa account because sales sila gibutang and they know they cannot meet the quota. we have several agents w/o cc experience na maka meet man gani sa ila quota. if u prove yourself that you're really good, you'll be transferred to another account.

walay cc na dli mohatag ug training. maybe your friend was assigned in our biggest campaign which is education. that campaign doesn't need many days of training because it's very easy kay scripted ra. another reason na dili na mamalik ang trainees is because dili d i ganahan sa account. that's the only account na always open. if u want to be transferred, you have to wait kung naay vacant for csr or for b2b or if there's a new account.

of kors dili jud na moreklamo ang walay experience about sa pay because they have no skills to prove yet. higher pay is given to those with experience. every company has lapses. employees or non-employees of the company will say bad things, sour graping or bitter. people who had stayed with us for a short period of time lang, they have nothing good to say about us jud especially kung dili maabtan maski 1 mnth lang. even old agents have complaints. but the reason they/we stayed? because relax lng ang company

Hi Jeanete. No, the company is not a scam. The pay is not that big lang jud. Since wala pakay experience, ibutang jud ka sa outbound telemarketing and you have to meet the quota. If you impress them during the interview, there's a chance na ibutang kag customer service. Don't expect too much lng from the company.

Aw diay? wla nlang kwenta akong friend na trainee sa inyoha for almost 2 mos dn inyo ra gi terminate na walay nakuha sweldo maskin gamay, nag salig mo sa inyo contract alakanse mga agents ninyo kay mag salig mo na every agents sa inyo company naay gi signan na contract na f mu bridge sa contract inyo jud pa bayarun sa PHP50,000.00 na cash bond. but apil ba sa contract ninyo na if ma terminate mu bayad sa bond? clear kaau na wala gi state sa inyo contract but inyo ginabuhat na!.. i got 2 friends na same nahitabo sa inyo company and pag adto sa NLRC ni ingun ang personnel ddto na mu thank you lang jud daw moh! nga ANA JUD NANG E-BUSINESS BPO, dghan na ni reklamo sa NLRC same case! eff! and i dont think na chilax lang ang environment kay bantay mo if maguba inyo headset bsan dli pana ninyo sala pa bayaron mog 2,500 kaltas sa sweldo, dli mo kabalibad kay naa na sa contract, and ang call counts? more or less 500 call counts a day, blended call inbound and outbound dika hapit ka ginhawa! naa pajud daw nga per agent duha ka accounts gi dial health insurance at d same time education... gosh!!!! ga kapoi2 lang mo dri! samutan man ninyo inyo employee ug duot sa kalisud ui! inyo agents dha ai ang comment ky maro inyong company! balihun gud ang sling sa ID kay ika ulaw ang name sa company! tnuoray lng ni guys so beware jud moh..
