i5 2500k or i5 3570k which one is better any suggestions ?

bro, it is not a problem... that heat issue is still acceptable... but, mas init sya compared to the SB once overclocked. a good cooling system will do. depende ra gyud ni sa mo palit... hehehe... if i am building a new rig now, labi na isa lang, i'll chose the IB i7- 3770K.. pero, dili ni pwede kay daghan naman ko'g rigs dri... mag huwat na lang ko sa IB i3 para puli aning SB Celeron G530...

pero, to each on his own ta ani man... its up to us to decide what CPU and other HW we shall buy... as long as makaya sa budget... mao man gyud ni ang bottom line... hehehe...

as reviewers would say... if you are trying to upgrade from Core i5 2500K or i7 2600k, there is no reason for you to go Ivy Bridge. But when building a new system, then the new generations would be good. Especially when i5 2500K is not available anymore. Hihihi...

personally, my first choice would be 3570k, 2500k is getting faced out btw

ah i see... kun problema gyud ninyo ang gamay na heat difference during OC, then it would be better not to buy the IB i5K or IB i7K... sa mga ok lang aning temp difference during OC, then go... hehehe... the 10 to 20% performance gain can overcome the heat difference... sakto ba ko ani? dili man ko OC'er ra ba... correct me if i'm wrong on this one...

one way to find out... i5 3570K chips will arrive Thursday. Hopefully if wala'y problem sa shipping. I'll post some numbers here. I'll try it first with Intel stock HSF then Noctua U12. Para ma kita gyud ang katag ba hehehe.

I can't compare it with Sandy Bridge. Wala ko'y Core i5 2500k dinhi and the only i7 2600K is installed in my system. And lahi2x man gud ug motherboard and memory. Ang ako ra siguro mapa kita is, temps sa Ivy in real world usage. With and without aircon, OC and stock, off-casing and inside. Mura estimate lang.

Abot lagi ni Thursday sir! hehehe..
