Its not just about the Welfare of the motorist.... Ang issue is also the liability sa other party kung ma accident.

As what I was saying, the government is just doing thier job to protect its citizens, If such law exists on other countries and prevend accidents in not only DUMAGUETE but on the entire Philippines then it should become a law. I partly agree that this should not be mandatory, but please stop making city ordinances that prohibits a rider from wearing a helmet because the authorities can't stop crime and blames motorcyclist wearing helmets...

you are getting the wrong signal ang issue ato kay ang full face helmet, there are helment nga dili full face... wearing helmet is a must it should required... kung may pang gasto gani sa hinambog naa pud tana ika gasto sa safety... kung against mo ani nga balaod adto puyo sa Mars didto walay balaod coz afaik all countries requires you to wear a helmet except lang sa country nga walay govt nag exists
