Hope i can received a serious reply.....we have a home based inbound travel agency...to maximize the resources that we have (8 computers,2 Internet line, & 8 Telephone Units) i would like to make it a call center during night time since Office will be closed at 6pm and starts at 8 am....anybody would give me an idea how to start a call center will be greatly appreciated, i mean how and where to look for a clients....is there any special software that i need?
