first thing first, for legal purposes,secure a business permit, TIN number from BIR,residence certificate, police clearance,barangay clearance, NBI clearance,sanitary permit from city health,register your business name to SEC .

Ok.... what is next? how to have a 1-800- number..... tag pila may bayad per month ani unlimited ba ni? even over seas call? on internet based ra ni? Software ?? Kay naa kuy plano mag himo ug call center sa bukid....

In my case, Call center just happen. client came in we accommodated. We have the infra and the people. They set up the VOIP according to their needs.

A new client is coming up and we will have the same set up. Prior to that the basics, Government Permit, Location, Money and the right People. Its not as easy as you think. I planned it 3 years and nothing happened. When i did not pursue it as i was busy with SEO it just came. By this time we have the resources to make it happen. Good Luck to you.

cyraxx, how much to setup a VIOP?... all you need is an internet connection right?? I dont have a problem with infrastructure kay sa bukid man... with nipa office...mag hire lang mga locals... just like the bollywood film called " Outsourced"..... alligri pud tung salidaha..
