mao gani ako point. sa amo city, wala man mi HELMET ORDINANCE. wearing of helmet in my city is VOLUNTARY. unsay connect sa brown/red rice ug helmet law? aw, ako lang na inato nga analogy sa PUGSANAY issue. kay safety man kaha ang premise sa FORCED WEARING OF HELMETS... health pud ang issue sa brown/red rice.. para healthy mo.. penalize pud mo kung mukaun ug white rice.. sugot mo? PUGSANAY LANG GUD>> SAFETY UG HEALTHY...

i remember when LTO want to strictly implement nila ang HELMET law pero ang naka bahog-bugan nag rally ang tanan hasta ang pari ni apil... naay ordinansa kamo ray dili musugot... i was there that time sa dumaguete!!

living in a "Motorcycle Capital of the Philippines" city doesnt give privileges not to wear helmet...

what will you do if you see you wife, son, daughter, mother, father, sister or brother nagkatag ang utok sa karsada kay wala ka niuyon nga mag helmet sila ug wa ka ni palit kay mahal?

my wife is against NO HELMET!! oh yes she did understand better, that not wearing helmet is STUPID!

even if im a lumad oponganon, ive embrace dumaguete and tanjay as my 2nd home...

there are five in my family who ride the motorcycle. a DTI approved helmet costs around 4500 pesos..mutiply that by 5 bro....asa man ko mangawat ana nga kwarta?

here in my city...we ride motorcycles as a way of life....we learn to ride the motorcycle even before we learn to walk.

this law is a violation of our way of life...

the cost of life is now 100 peso...

pareha rana... di kapalit ug load pero maka palit ug cellphone (actually igo ko ani nga cellphone pasunbingay but alteast dili ako nag palit sa phone)... naypa baligya nalang ang cellphone...
