It doesn't make sense to built another Disneyland here in the Phil., HongKong Disney is just 2 hours away and it caters to the south east asian market which i guess will be the same market we will serve if it does push through. Honestly i think its just propaganda by some politician in Luzon.

a few years back, there was talk of a well-known theme park company buying up huge tracts of land in liloan. I wonder what happened to this. Anyway, I don't think a theme park like disneyland would be feasible here. A 'nature' theme park would be more attractive, I think as the climate and terrain here would be more suitable...

If you're referring to us who are just being realistic, it's hardly anything about favoring the Philippines. Don't blow the 'idea' full of hot air and false hopes, because realistically, it won't happen. You're just setting yourself up for a let-down.
