i'll take that advise, since no one seems to advice na ok yung quotation posted, i called brian,the contractor, so we can meet and finalize everything on Tuesday afternoon... hayz, eto n ang gastos....

hello TS, c sir brian ky nka.quote sd na sa ako unit sa DECA Mandaue but wla pa ko nka.finalize since wla pa na turnover ang unit...cge pa ko ug canvass ug other contractors so far c sir brian ang nka.offer ug lower2x na labor cost..
please update sa imong renovation project..

just meet sir brian, yeah confirm kash, we have the same contractor, meron nga yan contract sa deca mandaue, just paid half the price, ill update the construction process pag nagstart na

anyways, magkano ba ang bahay sa Deca TS? Cash ba yan? Housing Loan? Na-inspire naman ako magkabahay na.

just concerned sa wall cracks. kaka take-out lang but meron na kaagad cracks and I'm pretty sure pag tira mo dyan lalabas pa yung ibang cracks. may pre-delivery inspections ba ang Deca?

sir.comment ang stairs make it chicago style...with high tension and metal flat bar for ballusters..wooden steps para maganda bagay sa industrial loook ng floor mo..and it will make the area more big...ganyan din project ko sa bahay ko ngayon..not jap style.but minimalist. i will try to send photos soon... if you need help on your interior i can try to design one for you for free..no fees etc... para lang ma visualize mo ng maganda ang house mo. kudos to you sir! pm2x lang sir

@blakrabit, kumuha kasi 4 years nako nagrerent dito sa cebu, im from laguna, sa work lang, so yung kawork ko eh, "brainwash" na i should get a house na since i intend ko stay.

5,000php reservation lang kasi then 15,000php equity then kung gawa na pede mo nang lipatan agad, from there start n ng monthly bale ako 8,450 a month since may garage ako (la akong kotse, baka magnegosyo ako, deca is good for negosyo, it will be populated soon.... ).

prefab yung wall nya so expect minor cracks, and grabe dude yung prefab na wall ang hirap tibagin, matibay cyahso im not worried but kung may money naman eh y not look for more quality townhouses, kasi kami ang dami naming kumuha na ka work ko so ok lang...
