those are the basics. enjoy!

perform each programs individually. simultaneously running these programs would result to a deadlock. that means, your PC does not have much resources or they are accessing the same resources at the same time. furthermore, be sure that your PC is equip with heat-absorption materials. for example, replacing your stock HSF to a Cu HSF coupled with an 80mm 2.5A fan. this would surely beat the heat generated by your processor.

@mason: there's no need to use a diagnostic software for the motherboard, unless you are into overclocking. motherboards are motherboards. they're fixed and that's it!
