There's no harm in sending/giving flowers to a man. But a man receiving them might feel embarrassed because it's more conventional for a female to receive them. Plus I reckon most wouldn't know what to do with them afterwards. They would much prefer something that has more use to them like gadgets or chocolates.

Agree sad q so in my case chocolate nalang akong ginahatag no more flowers but will in my case too i like to receive flowers too nyahahhaha
