hi sir kumusta na imong renovation sa deca? i am also looking for someone to do my deca unit in mandaue but gnahan ko makakita sa end-result sa ila mga work. please update sa imo thread sir kung mgstart na imo renovation.. and by the way sir, may i know kinsa pd ang ng.costing sa imo renovation? thanks a lot sir and goodluck

Tambling lng kasi coz, the material cost is 42,000 then ang labor 38,000php pede n ba yun or should i get na lbg the materials and look n lng for people who will do the job.

this is the best if you want big savings, just make sure the guys you hire know what they're doing.

if you like i can refer you to a friend, he is in that kind of business and maybe he can give you discounts or something.

but here's my lastest and final design and the revise quotation...

FIRST FLOOR:

1. CONCRETE POLISHED FLOORING
(with canal to achieve the raw look, , ill have dog kasi and yung pwedeng mahiga and medyo industrial zen ako sa baba, bka di abutin ang pera sat les... )

2. MUD AREA CABINET (movable, lagayan ng tsinelas, helmet and mga jackets, payong.. etc)

3. SMALL KITCHEN with WALL CABINET AND CABINET BELOW THE SINK
(since di naman ako masyadong nag luluto i opted for small kitchen, and pinasok ko cyah sa loob kasi sobrang laki ng space di ko mapupuno. will like glass cabinet sa wall with microwave cabinet )

4. ISLAND BAR with WHEELS ( see later for the design ang dimension)

*STILL NO PLANS FOR THE STAIRS (leave n lang it bare,PAKI polished n rin cguro)
