well actually there are no foods to avoid when trying to get a six packs but there are kinds of food that you need to eat in moderation. sa bisaya pa dili palabi-an. i don't avoid any food or follow a strict diet. i usually eat what i want. if i want a burger, i'll have a burger. but the trick is to eat this kinds of food MODERATION! i don't over indulge on anything. mao mani kasagaran sayop for those who are trying to loose weight. it's either they will starve themselves or they will totally stay away from life's little pleasure like eating chocolate cake or nibbling on pringles potato chips! ako bahala na woi mo kaon gihapon ko aning mga klaseha sa pag-kaon pero di lang gyud permihon, ug kung mo kaon man gani di sad ko mag palabi. This is correct, as well as the diet tips. Eat small meals but more often and cut out the carbs before bedtime
You can crunch all day long and ou won't get results, plus you are wasting your time!!
Do your weight training first which will start the fat buring process and then after, do your cardio or your abs
