they have the sacrificial system, to attain forgiveness before Jesus. This ceremony if done attests to the faith, belief and acceptance of Jesus sacrifice on the cross. The sacrificial system was a shadow of things to come, which was the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus.

The Law of Ceremonial Sacrifice:
An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee.

Better life definitely not.

you know bro, ang pasabot anang kaluwasan nga imong maangkon are 2 things:

1) Salvation from the slavery of Sin (present)
2) Salvation from eternal death and damnation (after physical death)

Kung imong pangutana is akong present salvation, then i would answer YES. Dili nako parehas sa una nga dili mobati or konsensya in committing SIN. murag ang sala sa una normal lang.

Kung imong pangutana salvation after death, then as what Jesus promised in his word, my answer will be YES also! I am confident coz i have trusted him that he is able to give me that eternal life.
