AMD Radeon 5500 Series gyd ang ma indicate sa GPU-Z.. unless nalang kung e force install nko ang ATI Radeon HD5570 nga driver.

Bro wat im referring to is the actual item sulod sa box nga nagka swap/sayop bai. I don't know what AMD Radeon 5500 Series looks like but I assume lahi jd cya sa appearance sa ATI Radeon HD5570. Then imo box kay ATI Radeon HD5570 man jd kaha maybe the store can replace it with the correct item if base on pic ang sulod d i sa box kay AMD Radeon 5500 Series.

basin nag ka ilis sa factory, i compare daw ang pics sa HD5570 didto sa internet kung pareho ba ug nawng sa imo napalit.

Bsin china made fake gpu na bos.sa joyo cguro napalit mao wa mu provide ug recibo.

as of now i check the Sapphire website.. 5550 and 5570 ang model numbers na belong sa 5500 Series nila. pareha ra ug nawng ang DDR3 models for both..

the HD5570 i have also looks way too different from the picture they posted on their site.

I have 3 HD5550 and 1 HD5570 and all are using redwood GPU. Kuyawa ani nga issue, murag scam man ni sa company, why don't you file a complain sa sapphire bro para makahibaw jud ta ngano lahi ni og GPU, kay IMO all HD5500 series are using redwood GPUs based sa mga online reviews. Lisura ani if sa high-end ni nahitabo, akong HD5850 kay sapphire baya pero ok man ang specs sa video card.
