Kung mag-gubat jud labaw pa sa CAT ug ROTC ang ma-activate (If the conflict will occur beyond the KIG and into the archipelago itself). We're talking about all able bodied men between 18-56 years old into conscription. We might even see that age limit adjusted minimum/maximum, the draft might even include women.
