				then try Memtest, Sandra, Folding@home, PCMark, Super Pi(come in 5 different variety) and 3DMark06. naa pa daghan sa net. google lang.

those are the basics. enjoy!
perform each programs individually. simultaneously running these programs would result to a deadlock. that means, your PC does not have much resources or they are accessing the same resources at the same time. furthermore, be sure that your PC is equip with heat-absorption materials. for example, replacing your stock HSF to a Cu HSF coupled with an 80mm 2.5A fan. this would surely beat the heat generated by your processor.
