about stream, here are the things i liked about them:
- no one will bother if you'll eat sa workstation (per experience with dell wireless account, i dont know if pwede ba ni sa lain account)
- approachable ang mga o.m., tl, even account managers, and the trainer is cool as well (again, dell wireless ra ni)

but this was 2010, i dont know if nag-change na ba ang mga rules. from what i know pud, mas daghan hiring for sirius account. but there is always a chance to fill in a slot sa dell kasi daghan ni-resign, and most of them either transferred to accenture or went to singapore (mao ni ingon sa akong frend na ga-work pa gihapon with stream)

about calltek, akong kaila said na enjoy daw sa calltek. mao ra to. and she's really sincere in saying that kay happy jud cya if mag-istorya cya about her work with calltek

depende na sa trip nimo. ug chix ka nya nahan ka libre pasar stream
ug nahan ka ma kat-on about networking stuffs calltek is the way.
pero yaw lang bangga sups or unsa bah kay panitan jud ka pag ayo. hahahaha

Btaw kanang sweldo sa taga Dell layo ra kaayo sa sweldo ni nayr24, og tanan certification naa na siya, memorize cisco na libro =)

bro, ask lang ko, if naa ka skills about networking (cisco) unsa best na company? Stream or Caltek, etc.?

bro, in what way maka gain ka ug mga certs sa Calltek? dba Callcenter man na sila?
Then unsa jud d i na nga company ang Calltek bro?

IMHO if you really want to work as a Network Engr. look for a hands on job not the ones in the CC. This will help your chances more of getting hired abroad. Strongly consider taking also the MCSE certification and Comptia Network+. HTH !

gusto ko mu abroad someday and i want to become a networking engineer. i'm a graduate of it and planning to take ccna exam sa cisco for my first step in my career path.

i'm planning to apply in stream sa ilang dell account or in calltek.

PROS sa stream

mas dako ug sweldo kaysa calltek (13K man cguro not sure)
13th month pay
naay DELL CERTFICATION (which is recognized in IT CO's)
night diff ug hazard pay (not sure)
ayala discounts after 1 year
Leave conversions at the end of the year
Health insurance

CONS sa stream

bati daw ang management ... pa sip-sip-ay daw ang show
hagard ang trabaho

PROS sa calltek

libre snacks everyday
libre lunch meal
naay CISCO CERTIFCATION (which is recognized in IT CO's)
Health insurance

CONS sa calltek

gamay sweldo ( mga 12k ra daw)
last year wala sila 13th month pay

so asa mas company nindot trabahona if gusto ka mu abroad someday and gusto ka imo work kay networking
pwede pud mu add ug pros and cons in both companies kay dili ko sure sa akong info.
