In-house companies/shared services nga naa non-voice kay:
Xlibris - graphics design, operations admin, etc
NCR - order entry, etc
IBM -depends kung unsa na shared services ila diri sa Cebu
Lexmark - I wanted to believe naa ni sila - order entry, etc
JP Morgan - i wanted to believe naa pod ni sila
NEC

BPO companies na naa non-voice
Microsourcing - naa ni sila
Accenture BPO - currently posting vacancies for Accounting Professionals
Accenture Solutions
Northernworx - general transcriptionists nga post, non-voice na
SupportSave - they have but not sure if naa vacancy sa non-voice
Alorica - try pod ni, I think naa ni sila

We do have a chat support here in eperformax. The best! I've worked before in several non voice accounts and voiced accounts in other BPO's, CVG, Stream( formerly etel), etc... But nothing beats the coziness here. I'm a part tym student, so I study using wikipedia while doing chats.

Advantages:
Workload- very minimal. Like 10 -20 chat contacts per shift.
Pay - Awesome! 13k- 17k every 15 days, of course naa pay tax.
Work type - Registration issues lang imu support for eBay.com
Benefits - same to other BPOs, increase on base pay every 6 months if you get a good score...etc. Double bonuses/ pay twice a year, murag 13th month.

Disadvantages:
GRaveyard lang, 2am to 11 am
Then only tenured eBay agents ang kuhaon for chat.
Daghan bayot nga supervisors nga politiko, ( normal naman cguro ni). Makalagot!
