I have another question.
what if I use higher version of HDMI cable mo improve ba ang picture quality?
my TV is 100hz and Im only running 60hz
unsaon pag set to 100hz sa PC?
a higher version of HDMI cable can solve this problem?

Your TV is just 60Hz, just like those that claim 120Hz in relation to motion compensation. I dislike the "soap opera" effect so Id disable those motion compensation features.

Naa na sa settings sa nvidia ang hertz. IMO dile na nimo manotice ang difference sa 60-100

True, but if you have an actual display that does 100Hz instead of 60Hz then you get to v-sync at 100fps with games if your system can handle it, the difference in smoothness is noticeable to some.
