- I rub my face with ice every morning

- I only shampoo my hair every other day and I try to avoid the scalp when using conditioner.

4. What is your biggest diet rule?
- Drink plenty of water

5. Any workout tips?
- I used to do a hundred sit-ups per day. Take not of "used to" Ahaha!

- Bath & Body Works Cucumber Melon/Victoria's Secret Bombshell Seduction/Jo Malone

- My plain black t-shirt maxi dress. It could be fancy or casual depending on what accessories I pair it with.

- My tiny heart diamond stud necklace which I wear everyday

- Audrey Hepburn for being so classy. Megan Fox for her burnout street style.

* Cetaphil mild wash, exfoliate once/twice a week, don't moisturize for oily skin like me (advice from my derma)

* Loreal Hair mask once a week.

* Sometimes I avoid sugary and fatty foods if makaya. But most of the times I fail, so I exercise to compensate for it. hehe.

* Try searching bootcampmc and fitness blender workout vidz. Great for burning the calories and has wide variety of workout to choose from.

3. Share your hair care secret? - I sometimes put lotion on my hair, hehehe... di man ko tig-gamit ng conditioner
4. What is your biggest diet rule? - "Tomorrow na lang dear..."
5. Any workout tips? - Walk from the office padung sa house after work

- Lush's bubble bars and bath melts. Deoderant too hahaha.

2. What is your skincare secret? / A passed down skin care tip
- An obvious one: sun protection.

3. Share your hair care secret?
- Trimming.

4. What is your biggest diet rule?
- Enjoy what u eat then u'll feel satisfied.

5. Any workout tips?
- I have too many! But don't overdo it coz restoration is important!!! Mix it up so for example, when working on abdominals, do it every second day. Short bursts of sprinting for me is better than long and boring jogging.

6. Which perfume is your secret weapon?
- I dunno, I don't wear much of it these days. It always changes anyway.

- Don't really take notice of ppl looking or whatever. I dress for God.
