Have you tried to run your PC in a regular monitor? coz what I think is that your NEW computer is having "NO DISPLAY" problem. Have it checked first, let it boot in a computer monitor then once its running, connect it to your LCD TV again. I have no problems with my HTPC connected to a LCD TV from first bootup - windows install etc...

FYI: LED TV is still LCD TV, the difference is the new TVs that are called LED are using LED as backlight, the old ones are using CCFL. LED = low power, longer life, consistent brightness. So I still call them LCD TV.

TS imo gi connect ang LED TV mo sa onboard video sa motherboard be it HDMI or VGA cable unya naa man video card imo system so diha ka nasayop ky disabled man ang onboard video basta naay nka taod na video card sa pcie slot

katong gi PM mo gbie ingon ka mini HDMI / display port / DVI ports ra naa sa imo video card so ang workaround mo
1. buy hdmi to mini hdmi cable to connect to your led tv
2. buy dvi to vga cable to connect to your old monitor or led tv (but naa lang limitation sa resolution i think)
unless naay dvi port ang monitor mo then you can just purchase a dvi cable

or

just buy a new monitor
