apps failed to sync

need your help, just upgraded my jb ipod touch to 5.1. i restored my apps and now when i try to sync my apps to installous. it will have a message itunes error: (apps) failed to sync.

naa fix ani without jailbreaking my ipod touch again?

JB gyud na nimo bai para ma sync nimo ang mga crack apps nimo before..

Re download your apps from the app store or through your iCloud backups. Simple.

but naa my cracked apps na wala or naay bayad sa app store..JB nlng gyud..

lahi pud ako problem fellow istoryans..naa ko bag-o nga itouch 4th gen, jailbreak na daan 5.0.1...pag sync nako sa ako itunes sa ako pc, dili cya moremove sa mga current apps nga naa sa bag-o nga itouch, den dili pud cya mo-transfer...ako question is kelangan ba ang ako pc connected sa internet before ma-remove ang ako apps sa itouch para ma-sync ang mga apps nako sa itunes? pls. help..
