You can do it with CARDS. Mao ni ang kasagaran basta Public Automation, like ATM, Credit Card, etc.
(Save labor cost, no more money storage, expense on maintenance, server's security, etc.)

you need card readers/writers and the cards sad...

try also, kanang clocking device, for companies gani nga nag use pa japun ug punch card
sa clock in/out nila. needs card readers/writers and cards sad, or a cheaper alternative kay barcode scanner lang...

naka try na ko buhat ug clocking devices using both barcodes and cards dali ra cya...
