I never heard of a term called OFF DUTY CITIZEN . OFF DUTY COP naa , in light to your understanding sa off campus , as what was relayed on earlier post bai , as long as you are connected to the institution , you are an AMBASSADOR of that school . Graduate lage sa una before mag bisyo or become an adult first before doing something that requires no supervision .

Since naa man comparison about POLICE and STUDENT , the analogy would still come out the same .

An off duty cop maski on leave pa na has still the authority to carry a sidearm , apprehend lawbreakers , report for duty at any given time or place to the nearest post . A student , maski wala school or walay klase , in the case of the girl ... she is still a Theresian and a student of STC kay wala pa man siya ni graduate , is bound to obey and follow the guidelines she was asked and agreed upon .

STC has its own rules. and they can penalize students "even if the act is committed outside school premises and not connected to campus-related functions". plus they feel the students affected the "good name of the school". let's respect that.
