Boss Ateneo ko murag same ra man ang standards sa STC in terms of their rules. Murag mas strict pa gani sila. One of the board members sa STC si Fr. Javier was the Director of Sacred heart School for Boys which is Ateneo de Cebu now so more or less ka relate siya kay siya man to nangasaba namo sa una kay sipat kuno kaayo amo batch hehehe

It is about time people start suing establishments like these. School is primarily academics and that's it. They can only suggest or influence behavior and beliefs, not force it to people.

That's why I love my Alma Mater. Christian ways and modern teachings. Ateneo and more specifically Xavier all the way.

Schools like St. Theresa's College are clinging with the conservative discipline towards their students . Catholic schools are imposing rules that will make students to feel like they are nothing and their future depends on the school . They're indoctrinating students to NOT to question someone in authority or else something will happen to them .

You know , you may have went to a "prestigious" school but at the end of the day , it's all about getting a job . The Philippines are plagued with unemployed bums and the only kind of job they could get is being a cook at Jollibee or at a call-centre but other than that they stay at the waiting shed with the word LOSER written on their forehead and waiting for their unbearable life to end .

Wearing a two-piece swimsuit and holding a cigarette is completely normal , at least in the developed countries . But Philippine schools meddling with these personal stuff , that means Philippines still in their Dark Ages , as always . When I was in Grade 12 at my high-school prom here in Canada , I was outside of the banquet centre taking pictures with my date and friends at the time and smoking Cuban cigar as a symbol of celebration that I finally finished high-school ! And oh , my teachers were there supervising the students , and I didn't get punished or whatsoever .

with the issues going around...i didn't have any regrets that i enrolled my 2daughters in STC...i believe and trust the schools reputation...if that will happen to my kids..i will not tolerate them at all...they already know what's right and wrong..the more if they are properly guided by us, parents...

what is right and wrong is very subjective.....

I find it laughable nga mo argue mo about STC being unfair with how they guide their students.
the standard of STC is known to be conservative, so in effect, the parents agree to the practice and enrolled their kids to the system.
From elementary to high school mao nay gitudlo sa mga bata.

if you don't agree to that, daghaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan kaayo laing schools.
if you find it outdated, again, daghaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan kaayo laing schools.

wala man guro gi expel boss.. wala lang pa papasoha sa graduation.. but graduate japon sila.. mura lang guro ug gi suspended ang student nya timing graduation day man nila ang date nga suspended sila so wala pa sudla sa skul..

WHO’S SAYING THE TRUTH?

As a mass communication graduate, I am entitled to be fair and just. I have to look at both sides and side with no one, well that is if I’m writing this for a paper, which I am not.

Now that I have heard both sides, there is still that question of, “who’s telling the truth?” We can never know. But one thing is for sure, never keep your minds closed. Yes, I do have my biases but I do not close my eyes and ears from the other party. Let us have critical mind that makes judgements not prejudices.
